Scripture Reference: Mark 6:30-44

Being honest with ourselves I do believe we all go through times when we find ourselves in a “desert place”. Worn from every day life, challenged with foolishness from self entitled folks, smothered by responsibilities that we really didn’t mean to take on and how about those moments where we are actually spiritually hungry, thirsty for more but can’t quite seem to make sense of the displacement. Well, relax.. sometimes we are led into those places purposefully so that we do get fed, rehydrated for the journey ahead and strengthened by GOD Himself. So, let’s dive in!!!

Acts 1:4-7 / 2 Timothy 1:8-9 / Psalms 39:4-5 / Psalm 90:4 / 2 Peter 3:5-9 / 

Final Thought: The amazing thing about spiritual revelation, is we truly learn to accept that Our GOD truly is working all things out for our good as the trials, moments and situations that we find ourselves in occur because He has called and is calling us to a higher purpose in and through Him only. (Romans 8:28) Sure we can choose to kick, scream, throw a hissy fit when we don’t get our way or when things don’t quite go the way we planned them or envisioned them to. But, reason within yourself.. if He said that “No weapon formed against you would prosper, and that anyone that rises up in judgment of us we would ultimately be able to condemn as they will have to swallow the wad of gum they were hoping would stick to our shoes to hold us back from our purpose and not only that, but that it’s our inheritance as His true servants for it to be so (Isaiah 54:17).. then doesn’t it actually lighten the loads that we carry emotionally, physically, mentally and of most importance spiritually.. knowing that He simply wants us to take rest in Him?
