Scripture Reference: 1 Chronicles 4: 9-10

This has to be at least to me one of the most powerful prayers in the Scriptures! Imagine the faith that it took to simply ask GOD to change the legacy of your life! All the while having heartfelt sincerity without going overboard. In this passage of Scriptures we meet a young man born in sorrow as his Hebrew name reflects the meaning of who he was although more honorable than his siblings as he humbly faces what distinctly set him apart from others around him. His pain in life so great that he called on the LORD to bless him despite what ailed him and hampered his life with misfortune. Now place yourself in his shoes as we dive in!!!

Proverbs 12: 26-28 / Acts 28: 4-6 / Exodus 32: 11-14 / Jonah 1:6 & 14, 2: 7, 3: 7-10

Final Thought: Indeed by going to the throne of Our GOD’s grace so that we receive His mercy during the troubling moments of our lives (Hebrews 4:16) who is to say that Our GOD will not reverse the decision that He made to allow us to go through certain things? One thing we do know, is that His mercy toward us starts all over every time He allows us to wake up in the morning and take our first breath. (Lamentations 3: 22-23) So take that situation to Him and I do mean directly to Him.. not to your parents, spouse, Auntie, Uncle, Cousin, Pastor, or your therapist.. but straight to Him. You just read the passages of Scripture where there were those who did not even know GOD nor serve Him who still acknowledged the importance of making their request known to Him in the midst of chaos not knowing fully if He would reverse their misfortune. So, why not us?
