Scripture Reference: 1 Corinthians 15:57-58, Romans 8:37-39

This current life that we live can literally feel at times like we are fifteen points down in the fourth quarter of a basketball game, with under four minutes left to play. Playing from behind in any sport isn’t fun at all, moreover in life itself. The pressure can feel like we are trying to fight forward in a windstorm with a wind speed of over 100 miles per hour holding us back. But, thanks be to GOD our Father in Heaven through JESUS CHRIST, we know Who is not only riding on the storm, but He controls the wind as well!!! If you don’t know Him yet, now is as good a time as any to allow Him to be introduced into your life.

So let’s dive in!!!

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Some call it a “fixed fight” and others say that “the battle is already won”.. but our undefeated GOD says: “..for the battle is not yours, it is the LORD’s.” (1 Samuel 17:47) The truth is, the battles we face in this life whether they be physically, mentally, emotionally and often times spiritually, are not ours to handle at all. We have an all-time Grand Champion that has guaranteed that we will win and all we need to do is give thanks to His Name and praise Him with hearts of obedience!

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭58‬ ‭KJV‬‬

While it feels as though we are being shifted around by some situations, we are encouraged through the truth of GOD’s Word to stand firm in the faith that He has given to us, to be incapable of being moved by what we see, or but what we hear nor by what and who attacks us, all while continuing to stay busy and tirelessly working for The One Who has given us life, health, strength and the abilities to complete every task. When we are employed and deployed by our LORD, no matter what the fickle minds of others may think, we are to remember that what we do for GOD has purpose and we will be rewarded for it in the end.

“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭37‬-‭39‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Final Thought: If you didn’t know, if you had any doubts and if you lack confidence in exactly what the Scriptures are saying to you.. know that because of GOD’s unconditional love for each of us, there is nothing that we can’t overcome through JESUS CHRIST! I can’t make you believe and neither can anyone else, but rather you have to know it for yourself not only in your mind, but also in your heart and deep down in your very soul. No matter what we go through until either we take our last breath or JESUS comes back.. you can boldly say that: “I know that VICTORY SHALL BE MINE!!!”
