Scripture Reference: John 15: 8-16, Luke 6:40

Now for the longest time I’ve always heard and have taken on my placement in GOD as being His servant. Mind you, everything that I do is of, in, through and about His Will for me. When He dropped this in my ear this morning, it opened up my eyes as well as my ears that I have approached Him in a manner that suggests that I am only a servant to Him and therefore I am not privy to looking at myself in any other capacity, taking on a mindset that I cannot ask my Master for anything. How dare I, right? Wrong!!! Think about it this way, most if not all of us would never waltz into the offices of our bosses, supervisors, liaisons or what have you and ask them for a raise. Yes you know it’s true! However, Our GOD is different and in this passage of Scripture JESUS clearly sets the record straight with His followers.. He calls us FRIENDS!!! So then why do we miss out on all that GOD intends for us to be, do, receive and moreover promised simply because we through the small mind syndrome do not understand our position in Him nor how to approach Him just as we do every day with those in our circles of life? So let’s dive in!!!

Romans 8: 14-17 / John 16: 20-27

Final Thought: “JESUS saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

So we being baptized in His Name, filled and sealed with His Spirit, washed clean in and through His Blood have a right to direct connection with Our Father through our joint-heir JESUS CHRIST!!! You read it or may read it for yourself.. we are “joint-heirs” with JESUS CHRIST because we believe in, abide in and obey Him.. in doing so, our reward is great in and through Him and the best part is.. WE WILL NOT BE MOVED!!!(Psalm 15) So from here on see yourselves as “friends” of Our Almighty GOD because that’s how He sees us, acts towards us, cares for us and most importantly LOVES US!!! (John 10:27-30)
